II. Sources and categories of personal data processed

1. Operator processes personal data that you have provided to him/her or personal data that the operator has obtained on the basis of the fulfilment of your order.

2. Operator processes your identification and contact data and the data necessary for the performance of the contract.

III. Lawful basis and purpose for processing personal data

1. Lawful reason for processing personal data is

   execution of the contract between you and the operator pursuant to § 13 para. 1 letter b) of the Act,

   operator's legitimate interest in providing direct marketing (especially for sending business advertisements and newsletters) pursuant to § 13 (1) letter e) of the Act,

   Your consent to processing for direct marketing purposes (especially for sending commercial advertisements and newsletters) in accordance with § 13 par. 1 letter a) of the Act

2. Purpose of processing of personal data is

   the processing of your order and the exercise of rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the operator; when placing an order, personal data are required that are necessary for the successful processing of the order (name and address, contact), the provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract, without the provision of personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract or to perform it on the part of the operator,

   the right to data portability pursuant to § 26 of the Act,

   the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the controller specified in Article III of these Terms and Conditions.
