Frames for plastic moulds are sturdy and reliable structures designed to ensure safe transport and storage of moulds for concrete products. They are made of special metal profiles, which guarantee the durability and stability of the frames during intensive use.

Design and advantages. The rigid frame design ensures the accuracy of concrete product geometry, which is particularly important in mass production. A special latch system prevents stacked frames from falling during storage and transport by forklift, significantly reducing the risk of damage to moulds and concrete products. The convenient design of the fence frames is simple and reliable to use, which facilitates the process of installing and removing them.

Customised production. We offer customised frame manufacturing, selecting the dimensions and depth of the moulds according to the customer's requirements. This allows us to adapt our frames to different types and sizes of concrete products, ensuring maximum flexibility and convenience for your production.

Cost-effectiveness. The cost of one frame, designed for two moulds measuring 2000 x 500 mm, is €189. Please note that this price does not include transport costs, VAT or customs duties. For a full production cycle, it is recommended to have at least 500 transport frames.

Productivity. The productivity of one line is 120 products per hour. Thus, up to 960 concrete fences can be produced in one eight-hour shift. This will require 500 frames, each designed for two moulds. The average price of one concrete product is €16-19, which allows for a daily turnover of €15,360-18,240. In one month (20 working days), a turnover of €364,800 can be achieved.

Labour costs. The following workers are required to ensure efficient production: one filling line operator (for inserting reinforcement) and one forklift operator for loading and unloading frames. The demoulding line requires one worker to insert spacers between products and strap pallets, as well as one forklift operator for similar tasks.

Terms of delivery and payment. The delivery time for the complete line is 4-5 months from the date of signing the contract and receiving the first deposit payment. Payment terms include: 50% upon signing the contract, 30% upon acceptance from the supplier, 10% after installation at the investor's site, and 10% after invoicing one month after delivery.
