The dry fence demoulding line is a high-tech solution for the efficient and safe demoulding of concrete fence slabs measuring 2000 x 500 mm. The system has been developed using advanced technologies and includes robotic equipment from KUKA (Germany).
Main components of the line
- Conveyors: the conveyor system is designed to move stacks of transport frames with moulds and concrete fences. The conveyors ensure smooth and accurate movement of the frames to their working positions.
- Robotic workstation: at the heart of the line is a KUKA robot equipped with a vacuum gripper. The robot is capable of removing one concrete slab per cycle, which significantly increases productivity and reduces labour costs.
- Working area for demoulding: this area is designed for demoulding concrete fence slabs and turning over stacks of boards. The operator loads stacks of transport frames with concrete fences onto the conveyors, after which a KUKA robotic arm removes the product using a vacuum gripper and moves it to the fence installation site.
Work process
- Loading: The operator loads a stack of transport frames with moulds and concrete fences onto the conveyors.
- Demoulding: After moving to the demoulding position, the KUKA robot removes the concrete fence slab using a vacuum gripper and moves it to the laying position.
- Turning: once the demoulding process is complete, the operator gives the instruction to turn the products over together with the pallet.
- Transportation: the turned products are then transported to the warehouse for further storage or processing.
Technical specifications
- Plate size: 2000 x 500 mm (frame for two moulds).
- Productivity: 500-700 pieces/hour.
- Warranty: 24 months.
- Voltage: 400 V.
Advantages
- Automation: the use of a KUKA robot significantly increases productivity and reduces labour costs.
- Accuracy and reliability: high-precision vacuum grippers ensure careful handling of concrete slabs.
- Safety: full automation of the process minimises the risk of injury and improves safety in the workplace.
- Durability: the line is made of high-quality materials, which guarantees a long service life and reliability in operation.
This line for demoulding dry fences is the ideal solution for companies seeking to automate their production processes and improve efficiency and occupational safety.
