Work process

1. Loading: The operator loads a stack of transport frames with moulds and concrete fences onto the conveyors.
2. Demoulding: After moving to the demoulding position, the KUKA robot removes the concrete fence slab using a vacuum gripper and moves it to the laying position.
3. Turning: once the demoulding process is complete, the operator gives the instruction to turn the products over together with the pallet.
4. Transportation: the turned products are then transported to the warehouse for further storage or processing.
