Production line for concrete fences

The concrete fence filling line is designed to automate the process of manufacturing concrete fence panels. This line includes all the necessary components for efficient and high-quality production.

Composition of the line

«Wet part» – filling moulds for the fence:

• Mould size 2000 mm x 500 mm – frame for two moulds, standard configuration.
• Mould size 2000 mm x 400 mm – frame for two moulds, non-standard configuration.
• Mould size 2000 mm x 330 mm – frame for three moulds, non-standard configuration.

The concrete mixing line includes the following components:

• Transfer device at the inlet – ensures smooth and safe movement of moulds into the production process.
• Output stacking of transport frames with moulds – a convenient system for temporary storage and transportation of finished moulds.
• Chain conveyor for moving frames with moulds – automation of the process of moving moulds along the line, which reduces manual labour and increases productivity.
• Workstation for impregnating moulds – a special place for pre-processing moulds, which improves the quality of the final product.
• Workstation for inserting reinforcement – preparing moulds for pouring with the installation of reinforcement elements to increase the strength of products.
• Automatic filling of moulds with volumetric dosing for fencing – precise dosing of concrete mix for uniform filling of moulds and obtaining high-quality fences.
• Workstation for vibrating concrete mix – vibrating equipment for compacting the mix, which prevents the formation of voids and improves the structure of the concrete.
